Preparation:
Mix 3 cups of water with Maseca corn flour and knead until the texture is smooth and uniform (about 10 minutes). The dough is ready when it no longer sticks to your hands. Form into small balls (golf-ball size), press into tortillas and cook on a hot griddle or flat pan.

Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
