Crafted in the high-altitude peaks of the Colombian Andes, Ron Viejo de Caldas is a masterpiece of South American distillation. Aged in white oak barrels at over 7,200 feet above sea level, the unique mountain climate allows for a slower, more refined maturation process that gives this rum its legendary smoothness.
